- 3⁄4cup (100gm approx.) Almond flour)
- 2tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
- 1tablespoon curly Parsley
- 1⁄4teaspoon lemon pepper or 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2cup buttermilk
- 200gm Basa/ Flake fillets
- 2tablespoons plain flour
- Lemon wedge
- Oil to panfry
1 Combine almonds flour, parmesan cheese, black lemon/black pepper. Beat egg with buttermilk and keep aside.
2Fish fillets ,Coat in flour and shake off excess. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture, then almond mixture and gently press almond mixture on fish, shake off excess.
3Heat oil in pan over medium heat making sure not very hot.
4Cook fish fillets for 3-5 minutes per side until golden. Serve with lemon wedge
