  • Avocados- 2 ripe
  • Onion- 1/2 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes- 2 medium, finely chopped optinal
  • Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
  • Pomegranate Fresh I tbsp optional
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
  • Whisked yogurt (Curd)  1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts no skin- ¼ cup
  • Salt

Directions For Avacado Raita

  1. Mash avocado without any chunks.
  2. Add yogurt, onion, tomatoes, spices to the mix and mix it well.
  3. Add in chili flakes, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Add roasted crushed peanuts for crunch.
  5. Top it with coriander leaves, Pomegranate, ready to seve.
