- Avocados- 2 ripe
- Onion- 1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Tomatoes- 2 medium, finely chopped optinal
- Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
- Pomegranate Fresh I tbsp optional
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
- Whisked yogurt (Curd) 1 cup
- Roasted peanuts no skin- ¼ cup
- Salt
Directions For Avacado Raita
- Mash avocado without any chunks.
- Add yogurt, onion, tomatoes, spices to the mix and mix it well.
- Add in chili flakes, lemon juice and salt.
- Add roasted crushed peanuts for crunch.
- Top it with coriander leaves, Pomegranate, ready to seve.
