Makhni Handi Chicken Recipe Restaurant Style Traditional Tasty Dinner Non-Veg Dish

Ingredients

  • Chicken  (500 gm)
  • Tomato (chopped 500 gm)
  • Butter (250 gm)
  • Ginger Garlic paste(2 tbsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Oil (1 tsp)
  • Ground pepper (1 tsp)
  • Whole red chilli (10 to 12)
  • Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Coriander seeds ( 2 tbsp)

Directions For Makhni Handi

  1. In a pan add oil, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds and Whole red chiilies. Saute on low flame until aroma develops.
  2. Grind the ingredients coarsely in a blender.
  3. In a wok add butter, ginger garlic paste and saute.
  4. Now add chicken and fry until change color.
  5. Now add the grounded spices and tomatoes.
  6. Add 1/4 cup water , cover and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Dry the excess moisture and cook until oil separates.
  8. Garnish with green coriander and garlic julienne cut.
  9. Serve hot with Nan.
