Serves: 10 to 12 Pieces of Kebab
Beef gola kebabs are the must try for every feast. This recipe is very easy to prepare yet very hard to resist because of its smooth texture and bursting flavours.
Ingredients
- 500 gm mince beef
- 2 breads soaked in milk
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup, fried onions
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp, ginger paste
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer
- 1 tsp, red chili powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp, gram flour roasted
- 1 tbsp, crushed coriander seeds
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp, green chilies
- 2 tbsp, ghee
- Coal for smoke
For Kebab Masala
- 1 tbsp, cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp, coriander seeds
- 2-3 star anise
- ¼ pcs, nutmeg
- 1 tsp, black peppercorn
- 2 tsp allspices whole
- 2 black cardamom
Directions For Gola Kebab
- Roast all the whole spices on low flame and then grind to form powder
- In a chopper add the rest of the ingredients and chop well.
- With the help of a skewer make gola kebabs.
- Either shallow fry on low flame and introduce smoke or you can simply barbecue on charcoal….Results are almost same and perfect.
Enjoy with parathas and zeera raita.
