Preheat oven to 160°c. Place fish in a greased baking dish. Brush with butter; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes is cooked.
In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth and cook till raw smell of flour is disappeared and until thickens keep heat low. Stir in cheese /nutmeg and mustard until cheese is melted. Serve with fish.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
