  • 250 to 300 gm flake or Basa fillets
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs dry
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 Milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of Nutmeg (optional)
  • 1teaspoon chopped parsley

Directions For Apple Cack

  1. Preheat oven to 160°c. Place fish in a greased baking dish. Brush with butter; sprinkle
    with bread crumbs. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes is cooked.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth and cook till raw smell of
    flour is disappeared and until thickens keep heat low. Stir in cheese /nutmeg and
    mustard until cheese is melted. Serve with fish.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
