For Chocolate Barfi

  • ½ Cup khoya
  • 250 Gram condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee/Clarified butter
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • tablespoon clarified butter/Ghee

For Garnishing

  • 2 tablespoon sliced pistachios


  1. Take a nonstick pan, put it on the stove on a medium flame, and add 1 tablespoon of ghee to melt.
  2. Once, ghee is melted, add condensed milk and khoya and keep it on low flame and add 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Use a spatula and mix well and then add cocoa powder and again mix well.
  4. Now, the mixture gets thickened and starts separating the pan.
  5. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to a greased plate or parchment paper.
  6. Make it even with a spatula gently, wait for 5-7 minutes, and then cut it into square pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. Garnish with sliced pistachios on top.
